The continental breakfast here was great value for money and delicious, and the rooms were bright with excellent service.

All you can eat breakfast turned out to be good value at 8.50 each!

We booked a triple room for 3 adults, but they said it was a fire hazard!! also breakfast was suppose to be included. one person was given one free breakfast on one day!!

The place was fairly clean and reliable, had extremely friendly staff in terms of service. Thanks a lot, I enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to return there.

The location is very good for tourists who use Victoria Station. The quality of breakfast and lunch, bathroom, beds and pillows are strong points for the hotel. The hotel is very stylish and the cleanliness is excellent.

The staff were courteous and porfessionally freindly. The bed was comfortable and there was a complete lack of noise.

First it was all very 'dot.commish'. Secondly, and more crucially, nothing was served to me at breakfast. I can accept this with the first course: cereal and juice. But in having to serve myself with everything, my only surprise was that I did not have to cook my own egg and bacon.

The breakfast is hot with fresh-baked croissants and various fruit, had everything you could imagine. the location of the hotel is convenient, just next door to a supermarket, tube/train station, and Victoria Apollo and Palace theatres.

We booked a two night Bed and Breakfast stay at the Premier Inn Victoria. After reading all the grim reviews about surrounding hotels, we were not disappointed. The Premier Inn offers excellen,t comfortable, accommodation at affordable prices. The hotel is clean, the breakfast good and the staff are extremely helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

This was my nice stay for two nights on a business trip. The room was new-fashioned with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was warm and gorgeous. That hotel was in an excellent and perfect location, to the Victoria Apollo theatre.

Awesome time in the city! the hotel was really nice and very close to St James's Park. 🌳 Loved the location!

Location and sleep guarntee

Close to Victoria Station and many attractions. Excellent service at reception ( Samuel). Comfortable beds and quiet hotel.

Strange smell in bathroom. No washcloths or paper hankies. Bit cramped ( looks way more spacious in pics)

The restaurant was fantastic, offering value deals for Breakfast and Dinner with freshly cooked dishes. the beds were comfortable in the cozy bedroom. - the location near a cinema and a tower was excellent and wonderful.

Location and friendliness of staff

Internet charges. To pay 5 pound for one our, without being able to stop the clock counter for the connection time is total unacceptable. I see this as the same as paying minimum one hours charge for talking an quick telephone call. Suggest that Booked.net starts registering Hotels/Chains having this practice, and display this in the advisor system.

The bed is really comfotable,we had good sleeping during staying here. But the price is too high.
